Absolute Essential Certified Organic Sage is a bright and cleansing plant distillation to support healthy mental and physical performance.
Ingredients

100% pure Salvia officinalis* (distilled plant and flowers, Spain)*Certified organic
Directions

To use:Calm mind: Add 1-2 drops and 4-5 drops of lemon to a diffuser. Replenish as required.Hormone balance: Add 2 drops and 4 drops of rose or geranium rose to 500ml of hot/warm water, soak a cloth and wring out thoroughly. Apply this compress to the lower abdomen. Repeat regularly.Stamina support: Add 1-2 drops to a diffuser, blend with sandalwood for the mind and with eucalyptus blue gum for immunity. Repeat regularly.Cleansing personal spaces: Add 5 drops to a diffuser, you may blend with 10 drops of lemon or may chang to support. Smells delicious.Sore throat: Add 1-2 drops to a vit C and chew, excellent to ease the symptoms of a sore throat.For children: Use 5-10 drops in spritzer for energetic cleansing. 2-3 drops in diffuser when run-down. Add 1 drop with 2 drops of Rose on compress to lower abdomen for hormone support, repeat as required.
