"Very effective treatment for intestinal candida or UTI bacteria but beware to use diluted as manufacturer instructs. I have used a few drops in coconut oil for oil pulling after oral surgery to keep infection at bay. On one website I found a suggestion to dilute in olive or coconut oil and then mix into rice and eat. Oregano Oil is very strong and can burn skin and mucosa so go carefully!"
