What are liposomes?
A liposome is a microscopic sphere-shaped vessel with phospholipid (fatty) layers. In the centre of the sphere is the nutrient, in this case, Vitamin C. Liposomes are absorbed though the lining of the digestive tract and the lymphatic system, enabling the nutrients to go to the cells and tissues faster.

Please note: Because this formula is made from natural ingredients, the appearance (including the colour and viscosity) can vary from batch to batch. We can assure you that this does not affect the quality of the formula, and the product still contains the same quality and dose of active ingredients. Liposomes themselves generally appear colourless – the colour in this product is from the natural plant derived flavouring – this colour can vary greatly due to growing conditions of the plants used.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) daily.
Children: Take half a teaspoon daily.
Shake well before use. Take straight from the spoon or mix easily in a glass of water or juice.

We are currently in the process of updating the instructions on our bottle that say this product is best taken 15 minutes before food, as new research suggests this is not necessary.
