"Having previously used a lavender pillow spray, I thought I'd try this instead. I put a drop on a tissue, and tuck that inside my pillowcase. I am surprised at how much difference it has made - I am consistently falling asleep faster, and returning to sleep quickly if I wake in the night. I highly recommend this product and just wish it was available as a pillow spray."

"After recently suffering from PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), I have been having anxiety attacks, trouble sleeping & nightmares. My sister suggested I try Essential Oils to help me and after researching, I came across this fantastic product from Black Chicken Remedies and I am SO pleased I did. I do feel it has been beneficial for me. I find I am a lot more relaxed at night time having this in a diffuser next to my bed. The smell is divine - the scent of cedarwood, bergamot, cinnamon, vetiver, and lavender is extremely relaxing & soothing - to me, it smells just like walking in a forest.
