Clinicians Post Pregnancy Mood & Sleep is a research-based natural formula containing chamomile and lavender, magnesium, vitamin D and folate. These work together to support balanced mood, calm, relaxation and healthy sleep in new mothers.

Each vege capsule contains:Organic Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) ext. equiv. dry flower 1000mg Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) ext. equiv. dry flower 1000mg Magnesium aspartate complex (equiv. magnesium 62.5mg) 312.50mgVitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 500 IULevomefolate calcium (equiv. levomefolic acid equiv.) 150mcgAlso contains: Microcrystalline cellulose, rice hulls and rice extract blend. No added: Sugar, artificial colours, sweeteners, flavours or preservatives.
Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules in the evening.
