Allulose Syrup, Myo-inositol (22.2%), Allulose, Resistant Dextrin (Dietary Fibre from Cassava), Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid & Sodium Citrate), Natural Flavour (Raspberry), Black Carrot Juice Concentrate, Sweetener (Monk Fruit Extract), Glazing Agent (Carnauba Wax), MCT Oil, Minerals (Zinc, Chromium), Vitamin B6.
Directions

Ages 14+: Take 3 gummies (2000mg myo-inositol) for everyday balance. Take 6 gummies (4000mg myo-inositol) for extra support.
