Shoden® ashwagandha has been scientifically studied and offers superior bioavailability.

The herb ashwagandha has been traditionally used for thousands of years for its restorative and stress supporting properties, helping to support the body in times of stress. Ashwagandha supports vitality, mental clarity, alertness as well as energy levels and energy production.

GO Ashwagandha 8,000+ is suitable for those individuals who are feeling stressed, overworked, mentally and physically tired.

Each 1 vege capsule serve contains:
Shoden® Powder 160mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) ext. equiv. to root and leaf dry 6,400mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) ext. equiv. to root and leaf dry 1,600mg
Total derived from Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) ext. equiv. to root and leaf dry 8,000mg
Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) ext. equiv. to root dry 2,000mg
Calcium pantothenate 25mg equiv. to pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 5mg
Directions

Adults: Take 1 vege capsule daily. Best taken on an empty stomach or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
