Deep Sleep Support contains a high dose of 5HTP with a combination of herbs and nutrients designed to support the nervous system and normal sleeping patterns. 

Natural sleep supplements may take several doses to reach optimal effectiveness.

Vitamins & Minerals:Magnesium Oxide50mg   (Equiv. Magnesium 30mg)Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 1mgNo artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product. Free from gluten, dairy, soy, egg or wheat.
Directions

Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules, 1 hour before bed or as professionally advised.  
Precautions
  • Please consult your healthcare professional before taking 5HTP. 
  • Should not be taken with prescription sleep medication, Parkinson’s medication or antidepressants. 
  • 5HTP can cause nausea and diarrhoea in some individuals. It is advised that you stop taking 5HTP if you experience this. 
  • Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. 
  • Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. 
  • Do not use if cap seal is broken.
