Description
Goodbye Sun Balm SPF 50 is a ground-breaking, high performance natural sunscreen for lips, face and body that delivers SPF50 protection plus the nourishing benefits of a skin balm.
There is so much to love about this unique water-free formulation. You need only apply a small amount - much less than other sunscreens. Unlike most zinc based products it absorbs quickly in to your skin and doesn’t leave a white film. And, good news - it will not slide off your skin or creep in to and irritate your eyes. If that is not enough, rich in quality oils and antioxidants, all ingredients have been chosen to moisturise and protect the skin.
With 2 hours water resistance Goodbye Sun Balm SPF 50 is the sunscreen of choice for water sports and leisure and all outdoor physical activity.
Fully tested to meet the Sunscreen standard AS/NZ Standard 2604:2012, one of the highest standards in the world due to its mandatory broad spectrum performance.
One of a very few certified natural sunscreens, you can be sure it is safe for both people and the planet.
Available in a 35g or 80g tube and a handy pocket sized 15g tin.

Reviews

Irritating

"This sunscreen irritated my skin and my friend's skin too. We don't recommend it"

Good Product

"My husband said it’s the best he’s used to date."

— Mercia D. (5/5)

goodbye sunscreen

"So, I've been using this sunscreen for several months and although it's still a little greasy, it's much less greasier than most natural zinc sunscreen I've tried. . . the smell is very very nice, it feels even less greasy on the body. I'd say on the forehead it will look shiny because the skin is thinner. Also you need to apply less. And one more thing: it really works under NZ sun, I've gone 3 hours under the sun and no burns nor redness, my advise is always moisturize first and then apply zinc sunscreen as Zinc dries out skin a little bit. And one more thing, this sunscreen has improved my skin, the pore are smaller. so I really recommend this product"

— Paulina C. (5/5)

Not for me

"I wanted a SPF lip balm that was plastic free so thought this would be good as it came in a tin. Unfortunately it didn't work for me and I won't use it. It just dried out my lips terribly and there was a noticeable white sheen. So it's back to the drawing board to find a plastic free SPF lip balm."

— Judith S. (1/5)

excellent product I cycle a

"excellent product I cycle a lot and this cream really protects my face would love it if they also put a tinted one out for everyday use as it has a white tinge"

— Suzie V. (4/5)

Love this sunscreen

"Bought this as a lip balm for summer and it is awesome, wish I had a few more to keep everywhere. Nice smell and light texture. Zinc not too white."

— Jemma (5/5)

Excellent sunscreen

"Bought this as it's natural for my dogs nose"

— Susan M. (5/5)

Handy size

"Very good for pockets and car. Cream is very light and Easy on eyes and lips."

— Jenny F. (5/5)

Bit white after application

"Love that this is certified natural with a high SPF rating. Easy to apply, the only thing is it leaves a white mask on my olive skin which isn't too appealing. Would also be great if it came in a larger size. Handy it is water resistant as well so some great benefits especially for a natural sunscreen."

— Pene H. (4/5)

no good for rosacea

"I was really excited to try this as I have sensitive skin and mild rosacea on my forehead. Sadly after using once or twice I noticed that the rosacea had spread down on to my cheeks and neck where I have never had it before! So unhappy as it is very hard to get rid of. If you have healthy skin it probably works well, aside from rosacea I think is a bit too white and greasy to use as a facial sunscreen."
