Good alternative to Iron tablets, but not strong enough
"I have finished one bottle of Iron Boost and was taking 15ml daily until the contents was empty (also took it with either vitamin C gummies or orange juice). I have already started a second bottle. I am pregnant and my iron levels are quite low. I wanted an alternative to the iron tablets I was taking because I was very constipated from taking them. I had my bloods taken yesterday to test my iron levels and they are still very low. My iron levels are always low whether I am pregnant or not. To give an idea of how low my iron levels are I have had two iron infusions in my lifetime, one during my first pregnancy (this is my third). I will keep taking Iron Boost because it is natural, but would probably only recommend for those who want to maintain their current iron levels, it is not strong enough to get my iron levels up (may be for others). The taste of the syrup grew on me and is not that bad. Nice bottle size and packaging."

"Excellent product. The taste is very sweet, but not overpowering and disappears quickly. I was hoping that it would give me a boost of energy, however it hasn't. Although, that may not be the product it could be extremely low iron levels. What I have noticed is that I sleep so much better when I take it prior to bedtime. Happy to recommend."
