"I take 10mls in the morning once a day. 5ml doses didn’t work for me. Noticeably clears sinuses fairly quickly and I am usually OK for the remainder of the day. If necessary I take an afternoon dose. I suffer from hayfever and also have an allergic reaction to dust. I am a repeat purchaser and recommend this product."
