Harmony U-Dream is a natural multi-herb formula traditionally used in Western and European herbal practice to support sleep and restlessness.

Magnesium Citrate 493.85 mg

Prunus Cerasus Fruit Extract dry concentrate 120mg
equivalent: Prunus cerasus (Dry) 1.2g
Ziziphus Jujuba var. spinosa seed extract dry concentrate 500mg
equivalent: Ziziphus Jujuba var. spinosa (Dry) 10g

Directions

Take: One tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring for sleep.
