Directions

To use:Suggested Recipe: Use for roast BBQ, bake or grill. Suitable for lamb or chicken.Ingredients: Leg of lamb boned out, 40g rosemary rub, olive oil, lemon juice. Method: Use 4 large metal skewers and thread into the lamb to secure it through each side. Mix the rub with enough olive oil to loosen it so it can be easily smeared over the meat, add a squeeze of lemon juice and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Spread the mixture over both sides of the lamb and place on the BBQ. (indirect method) Cook for 20 minutes, turn over and cook for a further 20 minutes.  To finish cook on direct heat for 5 minutes on either side.
