"This is a product that I've bought for years. As a vegetarian and unable to take fish oils or flax seed oil as both make me very sick I rely on these along with hemp hearts to provide the necessary omegas."

Excellent and very welcome
"Excellent and very welcome"
Great product, bad batch maybe
"I like the product, however the last bottle I bought the gel capsules were all stuck together and they were not soft, like it was an old batch or a capsule had burst in the bottle"
Repeat Purchase
"I've been taking Lifestream Vegan Omega 3 for about threeyears now. I take two daily and I find them an excellent source of vegan Omega 3's. I will carry on buying them as I cannot take animal derived omegas."

Vegan omega 3
"Take two caps daily. Like the fact that there’s Vit D included to stop toxic oxidation of the oil."

Vegan Omega-3
"Really like this no fishy after taste and seems to work very well"
Clean, effective and ethical
"This vegan Omega is a staple for us. I love that it’s sourced from microalgae and I notice the difference in mood, mental focus and skin health for me and the kids. Being algae-based there are no issues with fishy aftertaste here and I respect the innovative, ethical Lifestream brand for making this clean Vegan Omega available in Aotearoa."
