"Easy to take and has no taste. No noticeable positive effects yet and I am about 3/4 of the way through the container. The only thing I noticed was that if I took it in the morning I got the shakes a bit later (similar to low sugar jitters). I have changed to taking it in the afternoon and this has helped. I won’t purchase this again but would like to try another brand perhaps. Maybe it just isn’t suitable for me."
