Ingredients

Each 5g serving contains:
Pure Slippery Elm Bark 5000mg
Directions

Adults: Add 5g (approx. 1 heaped teaspoon) to 200ml of water, juice or milk and mix well. Consume immediately, up to 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Recommended to be consumed 30-60 minutes before food.
