Directions

To use: Add 2 heaped teaspoons to 2 cups of milk (coconut, dairy, almond, soy) or liquid of your choice.Then simmer for 5-7 minutes with your favourite protein and veggies.  Also doubles as a marinade. Refrigerate after opening.
