Each capsule contains:Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) herb ext. dry conc. 300mg equiv. to Melissa herb dry 3gCalifornian Poppy (Eschscholtzia californica herb) ext. dry. Conc. 125mg equiv. to E. Californica herb dry 750mgRed Date (Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa) seed ext. dry conc. 50mg equiv. to Ziziphus seed dry 1.5gDoes not contain: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Lactose, Soy, Artificial colours, Artificial flavours, Artificial sweeteners, Bee products, Corn, Egg, MSG or any kind of nut.
Directions

Adults take: 2 capsules in the evening with water, either with food or on a full stomach.
Precautions
  • Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or you suspect you could be pregnant. 
  • Do not use whilst breastfeeding. Consult your healthcare professional before use.
