Description
Nature's Sunshine Herbal Sleep: Mental stress and occasional tension can cause the nerves to become fatigued. The nerve supporting herbs in Herbal Sleep feed the nervous system and allow the body to handle stress. The nervine herbs of hops, passion flower and valerian also have a calming and quietening effect on the nerves.

Each serve (2 capsules) contains:

Proprietary Blend 780mg

Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis)

Passion Flower Aerial Parts (Passiflora incarnata)

Hops Flowers (Humulus lupulus)

Also contains: Capsule (gelatin, water).
Directions

Take: 2 capsules daily with a meal.
