"I, like many others, have a completely 'normal' thyroid according to blood tests. However I had all of the symptoms, tired all the time, dramatic weight gain for no reason (from a size 12 to a 16 in around 5 months), blood pressure shot up (and I've never had high blood pressure) and pounding heart beat, not to mention my mum has thyroid issues. So after no joy with Dr, decided I'd just try something to help my thyroid anyway. (If it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck and looks like a duck. . . ) Am noticing a difference already and I haven't even been taking them for a month yet. First, being able to finally get to sleep, blood pressure going down, brain fog clearing, happier, more energy, not feeling like I'm completely exhausted all the time. I will persevere and I'm looking forward to getting another blood test in due course to see if my levels have changed, thereby indicating that for me, they were too low. Also letting my Dr know that since taking a supplement for my thyroid, all those symptoms I had are going away. Feeling very hopeful that I will continue to improve."
