"I had the misfortune to be diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia which is a dreadful nerve pain down the left hand side of my face. One of the Homeopathic remedy for this pain on the left hand side is Spigelia which is included in this remedy. Western meds offered are mostly anti-depressant or anti-convulsant based and some say increasing amounts are required over time with associated side affects. I\'ve made some dietary adjustment eg eliminated caffeine and along with extra B12, Magnesium and MSM (Sulphur) together with this remedy when I feel an attack is imminent, I\'ve been able to manage this pain which excruciating and like nothing I\'ve experienced before. I now never leave home without this product. I hope this information helps someone with this condition."
