Ignatia 200c

Inactive Ingredients:

Lactose 80%
Sucrose at 18.93%
Magnesium Stearate 1.07%
All from non-GMO sources.
Directions

With homoeopathic remedies the product should be taken minimally to support positive change in the body. You may only need a 1 – 2 doses. While it is recommended that 30c homoeopathic products be taken 3 times a day, a 200c should only be taken once per day for 3 days until change is noticed, and then the remedy should be stopped. Repeat the dose if needed. For longer term or more specific support, we recommend discussing the dose with a homoeopath.
Precautions

  • Reduce frequency if symptoms improve and stop use if symptoms are alleviated.
  • Equally, if symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking the remedy immediately and consult your healthcare professional.

Homeopathic for sadness and worry etc.

"I think it helped a bit during first and 2nd round of 3 days in a row so trying again as despair creeps in on me again. I may update the star raging after this 3rd course if it really does help."
