NOW Foods Chromium Picolinate is an essential trace mineral that is best known for its role as an insulin co-factor. Chromium is therefore critical for the maintenance of healthy glucose and carbohydrate metabolism; however, it is also important for the ultilsation of fat and protein. Scientific studies also indicate that it may play a role in cardiovascular health.

As part of a healthy diet and exercise programme, Chromium Picolate may help to support healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range and may also help to support a healthy body composition.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with meal.
