Description
NOW Foods Sunflower Liquid Lecithin has Phosphatidyl Choline, the most abundant phospholipid in the cell membrane. It also naturally abounds in Phosphatidyl Inositol, Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine, and essential fatty acids. Lecithin aids in emulsifying fats, enabling them to be dispersed in water.
NOW® Sunflower Liquid Lecithin is Soy-Free and Non-GMO. Lecithin is a natural, fatty substance that’s an integral component of cell membranes. It’s comprised of various biochemicals including essential fatty acids, as well as phospholipids and phosphatides such as phosphatidyl choline and phosphatidyl serine. Phosphatidyl choline is a major component of the brain and nervous system.
As lecithin helps breakdown fats and cholesterol, this keeps these substances moving rather than accumulating on artery walls. The main ingredient, lipoproteins are mainly responsible for this action. Lecithin also helps support nervous system, heart and kidneys.

Vegan Lecithin
"This product is just awful. It is so thick not a liquid at all. And the taste is unpalatable. I would only use in a smoothie or juice to use the bottle up. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing as would not have bought."
Nice lecithin
"Good easy to take"
Doesn’t taste that great
"I added it to my oats in the morning and was using it to avoid clogged ducts whilst breastfeeding. I wish there was a pill option as this was very hard to eat because of the taste. I couldn’t stomach the full dose because of this sadly."
Sunflower liquid lecithin
"Easy to take on the breakfast muesli"
Was this old stock?
"Product was the consistency of grease and I was unable to mix it by shaking as directions required. Advice from seller did not help. Uncharacteristic of a normally good service."
Sunflower Liquid Lecithin
"great product, I use when making oatmilk"
