Nu Harvest Pre-Workout Fruit Tingle is crafted for great taste and everyday enjoyment. Made with a balanced blend of ingredients and a simple formulation, it’s easy to mix and enjoyable to drink.

This bold, flavour-forward pre-workout helps enhance performance with 120 mg of caffeine per serve, providing an energy boost without added stimulants such as synephrine or yohimbine. Ideal for anyone looking to optimise their workouts, best taken 15 to 20 minutes before exercise. Those sensitive to caffeine may prefer a stimulant-free alternative.
Ingredients

Active Blend (Creatine Monohydrate, Beta Alanine, Taurine, Acetyl-L-Carnitine Hydrochloride, Raspberry Ketones), Natural Flavour, Acacia Gum, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid), Mineral Salts (Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate), Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Natural Colours (Turmeric, Beetroot), Botanical Extracts (Green Tea, Guarana), Natural Sweeteners (Steviol Glycosides, Thaumatin), Vitamins (Vitamam C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E).

Contains: Caffeine. 

Made in a facility that also produces products containing milk and soy.
Directions

Scoop 3 levelled teaspoons into 375mls of water. Stir well! For optimal results take 15-30mins before a workout.
