This product contains 15 grams of protein, and packed with a bunch of other nourishing and important ingredients for your little ones growth and wellbeing And to top it off it's also Certified Organic as well Made sense to me, so I put it to the ""test"" with my four year old son Not only does he love the favour, but each morning he now asks for his ""chocolate shake"" Just takes the one booster shake in the morning around his meals throughout the day If you eat supermarket food, then you do't always know exactly how much ""real"" nutrition they are getting (Peace of mind for your children) Also great to see a product that tastes good for pre-schoolers, whilst at the same time giving them vital nutrition All round a great product"

"I mix mine with plant based milk and banana to make a smoothie snack, very filling and have noticed improved energy! I tried mixing it in a glass with milk but not so great, lumps etc."
