"This toner is good, I don't really like the spray on idea - kept missing my face! So I just spray it onto a cotton pad (more than 4 or 5 sprays) and wipe over my face. It isn't a ""make up remover"" type toner so I actually use another toner (Trilogy) to remove my eye make up. It is great as part of a routine: after the cleanser (which removes pretty much all make up but can't be used around the eyes) and followed by the moisturiser."
"The bottle says to spritz this on your face, but I apply it onto a cotton pad and wipe my face with it after cleansing. I've noticed that it doesn't remove dirt or makeup residue, as other toners would. It's also not much of an astringent. If all you want in a toner is something to balance and calm the skin after cleansing, this toner would be fine."
