"If you're not a fan of salt, this is the perfect alternative. I'd bought this from a local health food shop in the past and I put it in most things along with celery seeds as an alternative seasoning to salt as you get the benefits of trace minerals and vitamins plus it tastes much better than salt / rock salt (it's still tastes salty but not at the same overpowering level). You only need a small amount so one pot goes a long way."
