Directions

To use: Gently shake the bottle to reblend the essence.Apply to the pulse points; wrists, neck plus optional temples and heart space. Bring the wrists to the front of the face - inhale through the nose, exhale through the mouth for a minimum of 3 breath cycles.Choose to chant the affirmation for an enhanced self care experience - silently or singing!Store the bottle in the bespoke cotton pouch for convenient travelling.
