Description

Qsilica One A Day Silica Multi-Nutrient contains colloidal silica, biotin, zinc and selenium in a convenient once daily supplement.

Formulated to nourish from within, Qsilica capsules may support skin health.
Ingredients

Each tablet contains:

Silica – colloidal anhydrous 450 mg (Equivalent to Silicon 210 mg)
Biotin 2.5mg
Zinc citrate dihydrate 75 mg (Equivalent to Zinc 24 mg)
Selenomethionine 250 µg (Equivalent to Selenium 100µg)

Also contains: Tableting aids
Directions

Adults take: One tablet per day with a glass of water and preferably with food.
Precautions
  • Always read the label and use as directed. If symptoms develop consult your healthcare practitioner. 
  • Supplementary to a balanced diet. 
  • Do not use if the carton seals are missing or blister seal is broken.  
  • Store below 25°C. 
  • This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. 
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health practitioner before taking this product.
