"When my stomach lining gets inflamed, I take a teaspoon of L glutamine and the acidic feeling disappears. Works. very well when I wake up at night with hunger pangs. I drink the 1teaspoon of powder in about 1/4 cup of water. Go back to bed and I’m off to sleep until morning."
