"For hormonal health I am noticing a good difference. I am pretty sure this has increased my testosterone level. I feel more normal. I am taking it with other things for perimeno health though so could be a combination of this, the vit B complex and other stuff. Have bought my third tin so noticed a change after 1 tin! Give it a good few months to notice first it is worth it."
