"I decided to give these a go now that I am fast approaching 50 and have noticed changes to my skin the last couple years, especially dryness and wrinkles. These shots are pleasant tasting and convenient. I also tried the powder (added to drinks) but prefer these shots to get an easy, quick dose of daily marine protein. The first thing I noticed was a softness to my skin that wasn't there before. My skin also looks smoother and feels more hydrated. I noticed the change after only a day or two. I wish I could take these on a regular basis but unfortunately the downside is that they are a little expensive for daily consumption (approx $5 per day). I guess to some that would be sacrificing a bought coffee which might well be worth it in exchange for softer, smoother skin."
