"Combination K - Nails etc From the day I purchased until this date 29/9/2017 my nails have stopped splitting and have also hardened. I normaly always take Silica (new era) and went without for a month, not a good move for me, nails were brittle soft and splitting. I possible only take 2 per day, when I remember. , always 1 first thing in the morning. It is the first time I have used the combination K. Regards Yvonne"
