Ingredients

Each 3 tablet serve contains: 
Calcium (as carbonate, gluconate, citrate) 1000mg 
Magnesium (as oxide, gluconate, citrate) 400mg
Zinc (as gluconate) 5mg

Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose Maltodextrin Cross-Linked Cellulose Gum 
Acidity Regulator: citric acid Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), Carnauba Wax 

Anti-caking Agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid 
Directions

Take: 3 tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
