"This, in conjunction with one other product, has kept me pain free in my hip joints. However, i do take 2 pills a day, one in the morning and the other at night. Brilliant product because it is Shellfish FREE as I have an allergy to Shellfish."

"As a vegan I was so pleased to find these, however 4 months after switching over to these and another veggie variation by Solgar I'm limping and with worse hip pain than I've ever had. It could be this would have happened anyway, but for sure there was no new injury that caused it. Sadly I will be reverting to the shellfish sourced varieties :("
