Solgar Magnesium Citrate contains the mineral magnesium.

Magnesium is an important mineral that supports numerous body processes. Magnesium supports energy production, muscle relaxation, nervous system function, sleep and normal cardiovascular function.

In addition to increasing magnesium rich foods in the diet, such as leafy greens, nuts & seeds, eggs and kelp, taking Solgar® Magnesium Citrate, 2 tablets a day, is a great way to support general health and wellbeing.

Magnesium helps to:

  • Support energy release and regular energy levels
  • Support normal muscle function
  • Support normal healthy bones
  • Support normal psychological function

Ingredients

Each 2 tablet serve contains:
Magnesium (as citrate) 400mg  
Bulking Agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate)
Anti-caking Agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate)
Glazing Agents hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil)), cellulose gum
Directions

As a food supplement for adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

  • Take at least 2 hours away from medications.
