It contains key nutrients to support the production of collagen and to nourish skin, nails and hair.

This formula contains MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), vitamin C, red algae, L-lysine, L-proline, zinc and copper- a comprehensive formula to support the production of collagen and to support skin, nails and hair.

Each 2 tablet serve provides: 
MSM 1000mg (methylsulfonylmethane) 
Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid) 120mg
Red algae 150mg (L. calcareum) powder 
L-Lysine (as L-Lysine HCI) 50mg 
L-Proline 50mg 
Cross-Linked Cellulose Gum Zinc (as citrate) 15mg
Copper (as bisglycinate) 2000μg

Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate
Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil) 
Directions

As a food supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
