Swanson NMN Nicotinamide Mononucleotide is a form of vitamin B3 that is a direct precursor to NAD+.

NAD+ is essential for enzymatic activities that support cellular and tissue health. As levels of NAD+ naturally decline with age, other concerns arise, including brain and metabolic health. While supplemental NAD+ is not readily absorbed by the body, adding precursors such as NMN has been shown to increase NAD+ levels to support healthy aging.

Swanson NMN Nicotinamide Mononucleotide can support healthy levels of NAD+ in the body.

Each single-capsule serving delivers 300 mg of 98% pure nicotinamide mononucleotide. Adding an NMN supplement to your routine may support healthy metabolism and glucose levels as well as healthy insulin levels, particularly in postmenopausal women.

Each veggie capsule contains:
NMN (β-nicotinamide mononucleotide) 300mg
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose (plant fibre), hypromellose (vegetarian capsule), stearic acid, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions

Adults take: One veggie capsule per day with water.
