Helps with energy levels but not for me
"I definitely have noticed my energy levels increased since taking these but unfortunately B12 is obviously not something I am low in because these cause me a crampy tummy and very loose bowel motions even if I only take one so I limit to only 2 a week now until I finish the bottle but I don't think I will bother repurchasing if it is going to upset my tummy like this."
