Description
Thompson Ashwagandha Complex Stress + Sleep is formulated with a herbal blend of ashwagandha, passionflower and lavender oil for stress and sleep support. Traditionally used in Western herbal practice to support: the body adapt to stress, relaxation and a restful night's sleep.

Lavender oil 20mg

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) ext. 150mg derived from dry herb (flowering and fruiting) 750mg

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) ext. 150mg derived from dry root 1.5g (1500mg) std. to contain withanolides 3.75mg

Contains encapsulating aids.

No artificial colours or flavours.

Vegetarian/Vegan friendly.

No added: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, sugar, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soya bean.
Directions

Take: 2 tablets daily in the evening, or as professionally prescribed.

Tastes too much of lavender

"Can't say I've taken long enough to comment on any benefits from this product as I can't get past the awfully strong taste of lavender. Leaves a soapy taste in the mouth. Big tablets too. Wishing I bought another brand of ashwagandha on its own now."
