"These are reasonably priced and contain a good balance of B vitamins - sometimes B supplements can contain far too much of one or more of the vitamins. These aren't coated so I do have to make sure I swallow quickly to avoid tasting anything. They don't give me as much energy as I remember B-complexes giving me in the past, but it could just be that I'm getting a bit older!"
