Through these retreats, which transform women’s lives through holistic healing practices, Celine, Sattva Soul’s founder, realised the potential to support women in practising self-care daily.

Thus, Sattva Soul was born. Celine travelled to India and Sri Lanka to study Ayurveda, the sister holistic system to yoga and meditation. She collaborated with the finest doctors and practitioners to create an authentic Ayurvedic supplement range that is accessible to modern women and men, designed to complement contemporary lifestyles.
