Created with traditional galactagogue ingredients like oats, yeast and fennel these cookies may not only promote lactation in new mamas but are also packed with B vitamins for a wholesome pick me up. These delicious cookies are not only for mum but the whole family can enjoy them too. They are a great addition to kids lunchboxes.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 15 minutes
Makes: 12-15 cookies 

Ingredients

Method

    1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius and line two baking trays
    2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined
    3. Roll mixture into 12-15 balls, then press into a disc with the palms of your hands
    4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown
    5. Place on a wire rack to cool, once cooled store in an airtight container for up to 10 days.
