Callan’s journey with natural health started back in 2014, when her son was diagnosed with autism and ADHD. Immersing herself in what could support him ignited a passion for naturopathy, and she went on to pursue a degree in 2018. She believes that natural methods of stress management and meeting nutritional requirements can make a dramatic change to how you feel.

What areas of wellness are you most passionate about?

I am most passionate about helping manage stress. This, to me, is the clearest pathway to a more fulfilling, enjoyable life.

What’s one thing you do for your natural health every day to feel good?

Every day I make sure to spend quality time with myself and my family. Being present with people I love is the best way to fill up my cup. Also important, starting the day with a protein -heavy breakfast!

What 3 top tips would you share with our community who want to make healthier choices?
  1. Examine how you’re doing with the basics – sleep, nutrition, exercise, sunlight, time in nature. What small, consistent changes can you make that would move you towards feeling better?
  2. Practice non-judgmental self-inquiry and find practices that support emotional release (e.g., yoga or making art)
  3. Accept yourself, love yourself. There’s nobody else like you. And don’t be scared to ask for help – you are worth helping.
