"It's great that these zinc tablets aren't coated, as they're more 'natural,' but the shape makes for difficult swallowing, if you have trouble. A small capsule shape goes down much easier, while this tablet sticks in my throat. I've tried chewing, but it's like eating chalk - most unpleasant. If Thompson's brought these out in a better shape, I'd buy them again, but, as it is, I won't be able to finish the bottle. . ."
