"I use a hot water bottle daily on my stomach to help soothe the pain I get from an autoimmune condition. The hot water bottle is definitely still better than this patch but on a hot day or when I have to be out and about this comes a close second."

"I was a bit skeptical of this product at first with all its 5 star reviews. I’ve tried just about every brand of heat patch I could find in NZ so I thought there was nothing to lose. I have IBS & Endosalpingiosis so I’m often bedridden with cramps and not found anything other than a hot water bottle be of help. This is amazing. It means that I can actually get out of bed and do stuff without having to hold something to my stomach. With pain killers and one on the front and one on the back I can actually go to work. There is a slight eucalyptus smell, but not overpowering enough to complain about. The type of heat it delivers is a different one than I’ve experienced before, more like a stinging heat than a burning one (very pleasant feeling). I bought a pack to try and have already bought more. I’ll definitely be repurchasing!"
