"This is fabulous for general health but it is also very good for warding off any bugs and infections. For example when you are under stress, it supports your immunity. "I had sore joints, red eyes, skin that when pinched would stay that way, restless legs, poor heath (when I never used to get sick) and other things I cannot remember now as it was 18 years ago. I now take them 2-3 times a year as maintenance but when I first started taking them I took them for 9 months continually and every symptom disappeared. For me they are the best antioxidant on the market and they are NZ made. When I first went to the health shop with a list of my complaints he asked me if I had tried antioxidants and I showed him all the different ones I had tried but not the OPCs as they were more expensive.
