"I was recommended this product when I got Shingles. I doubled down on dosage and my shingles seemed to be a lot milder than what I expected and cleared up faster than others Ive heard of with it. Since taking Lysine daily, I dont get cold sores as much and they heal up quickly once I increase dosage."
