"I hated the strong smell ( though at least it's natural), and my tube is brown and watery with no substance to it. It immediately slides off lips so I can't say if it is effective or not. From reading some reviews it must have separated and the watery substance is leaking out and somewhere in the tube must be the base ointment. I would like a refund."
